Glen Sweetnam has served in senior positions at the U.S. National Security Council, the Department of Energy’s Office of International Affairs, and the Energy Information Administration. His primary focus has been the modeling and analysis of domestic and international energy markets, especially as it relates to government preparations for and responses to supply disruptions.
In addition to his government service, Mr. Sweetnam has held senior planning, evaluation, and risk management positions at several energy companies, including Reliant Energy, Koch Industries, ARCO, and Fina Oil and Chemical Company. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and Masters of Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
